Recently some customers said they worried the wooden pattern case will hurt their phone because the frame was too hard, so I need to explain for every customer that when you get this case, you could not put your phone in the normal way, because the frame is metal, so you need to separate the phone back and the frame into two parts, then put your phone from the frame's back side, lastly you cover the back, this is the correct way.
