DELIVERY

Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days to Singpost, our selected courier provider via normal mail or registered mail.

After your parcel has been dispatched, the amount of time taken for your parcel to reach you depends on the mode of delivery selected. The price of postage includes handling fees.

There is strictly no meet-up/ self-collection. If you need your item/s urgently, please opt for registered mail.

I. NORMAL MAIL

·        Delivery takes 2-7 working days via Singpost local standard mail.

·        Item is delivered to your mailbox and may be dropped at your door if the mailbox is full.

·        Delivery is untrackable.

·     As tracking is not available, Forefront will not be held liable for any lost parcels/damaged items mailed out via normal mail. As such, registered mail is always a recommended option.

·    In cases of lost mail under normal mail, Forefront will do our utmost best to liaise and follow-up with Singpost.

 

II. REGISTERED MAIL

·        Delivery takes 2 - 4 days via Singpost local registered mail or Singpost Smartpac service

·        Delivery is trackable via Singpost website, http://www.singpost.com/.

Singpost Registered Mail
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at the address to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox. Further instructions on how to receive your parcel are stated on the notification slip.

Singpost Smartpac
If there is no one to receive at the recipient's address, SmartPac will be delivered to the Recipient's letterbox and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman.
