Tillandsia Edithae

Endemic to Bolivia; it has a lovely red flowered inflorescene which is rare among Tillandsia when in bloom. In its natural habitat; this species is a cliff-dwelling caulescent (grows elongated from the stem) species as well as a high altitude plant. It prefer bright filtered light but not very hot temperature. It is a very hardy plant though but slow growing. And Edithae has thick and  frim leaves which gives a kind of dusty yet velvety feel. It soaks easily and dries well unlike other plants which soak well but don’t dry out well.

You will be getting one which is approximately 11-13cm in length
