Winemaker’s tasting notes:
This refreshing wine shows lime, fennel and floral aromas with a hint of minerals – typical of Wairarapa Sauvignon Blanc, with a weighty palate that
flows nicely through to the finish. We love to pair it with seafood and pasta dishes, as well as delicious summer salads.


USEFUL TIPS:

Best to drink on its own or paired with seafood like Fish, Shellfish, Crabs, Asian Sauces, Poultry and most vegetables.

Serve chilled at least 13 Degrees Celsius.
