RE-CON® combines a 7-stage approach formulated to fuel the body´s muscle-building, repair and recovery systems.* This maximizes post-workout growth and repair while optimizing your “anabolic window”. We hyper-load RE-CON® with glycogen-replenishing, muscle-fueling carbohydrates, along with cellular detoxifiers that help reduce catabolism and promote cellular health.* To back these up, we add immuno-modulators to support health and recovery.* RE-CON® also targets the body´s key anabolic and recovery pathways, which further supports muscle growth, recovery and, ultimately, your adaptive response to hard training.*
 
Stage 1: REPLENISHMENT (Carb-Max™ Matrix):
Carb-Max™ blend is scientifically formulated to combine specific carbohydrate sources, each chosen for its unique energy-yielding properties and recovery supporting benefits.* This blend contains 3 distinct mono- and polysaccharides. These are combined to yield rapid, sustained cellular replenishment.
 
Stage 2: REBUILD (Anabolic Primer Matrix):
Research has suggested time and again that Essential and Branched Chain Amino Acids are critical to the muscle-building process. This is especially true during the immediate post-training “window of growth”. BCAAs and EAAs are critical to muscle repair and rebuilding. Re-Con contains 6 grams of EAAs and 6 grams of BCAAs.
 
Stage 3: RECOVERY (Accelerator Matrix):
The most abundant amino acid in the body, glutamine, is known for its immune-boosting and muscle-building properties.* RE-CON® contains over 5 grams of glutamine along with several powerful, recovery-promoting agents.*

Directions For Re-Con:

Mix 1/2 to 1 scoop of RECON to 6-12 oz of water immediately post-workout.

For High-Intensity Training Sessions: Use 1 scoop of RECON immediately post-workout.

For Moderate-Intensity Training Sessions: Use 1/2 scoop of RECON immediately post-workout.
