Frequently Asked Questions!
1) Will the phone sticker leave stains?
Do not worry, 99% would not. Our supplies are carefully selected. However, if such a case happens, simply use a wet tissue to rub it off. Also, we would appreciate if you email us with the photos of the sticker and your phone so that we would STOP taking supplies from the specific supplier. :)
2) What if the sticker doesn't sticks?
All of our stickers are manufactured with special ingredients to ensure that no residue will be left behind. However, at the same time, it MAY affect the stickiness of the stickers. Try pressing the sticker on your phone for 1-2minutes or use a hair dryer to heat up the sticker. It will increase the stickiness.
3) Why does the stickers not fit 100% perfectly on my phone?
Simply because it will be REALLY difficult to stick nicely! Your phone has edges, curves etc. If you want it to fit perfectly, won't it leave many many air bubbles in between? THAT WOULD BE REALLY UGLY! ;)
4) I want to have a nice packaging as I want to give it as a gift, can I?
Sure you can! Want to buy it for your friend/child/parent/relative/boyfriend/girlfriend? Leave us a memo! We will mali you a pretty cover. :)

5) Is there any colour difference?
As much as we try our best to shoot photos, we cannot guarantee that the phone stickers look 100% exactly the same on your screen. Simply due to differences in brightness level of my camera, your phone and your computers/laptops. However, you have our assurance that the colour difference would not be so big till it's ugly. NAH.
6) Exchange/refunds/wrong goods
Please do understand that this is a one-person shop, meaning that looking for goods, communicating with suppliers, taking photographs of the goods, listing items, communicating with customers and delivery etc are ALL DONE BY ONE PERSON! I cannot afford to provide any exchanges/refunds simply because you changed your mind:( However, of course, I will take full responsibility should the wrong goods be sent.
