* Pre-orders take place during the months of late December-January and late May-June every year. Please visit our website during these periods for future updates.

* Do note that only selected fragrances and products will be offered for pre-orders.

* Total pre-orders from all buyers must reach a minimum of $100 before pre-ordering can take place.  (If buyers are too few, all previous pre-orders will be cancelled and buyers will be fully refunded.)

* Important! Please read the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page before placing your pre-order.



Why Pre-order?

- Bath and Body Works products do not have expiry dates printed on them. Pre-orders ensure the products are fresh and recently manufactured.

- New and latest fragrances are offered (instead of discontinued / expired products)

- Pre-order prices are fixed and transparent. There are no additional hidden charges or 'price shocks' (i.e. currency exchange rates, variable shipping charges etc)

- Pre-orders will end 12 noon, 17 June 2012 (deadline)

- After 12 noon, 17 June 2012 (deadline), strictly no cancellation/changes will be allowed as orders have already been confirmedand placed

- Stock is subjected to availability. For out of stock products, buyers will be informed asap. Buyers can opt for 1) Product Substitution, or 2) Full Refund.

- Orders will be placed on 12 noon, 17 June 2012 (deadline). Please allow 20-30 working days for delivery

- Only registered mail is used to preserve the integrity of the product

- No exchanges allowed

- No refunds, unless product is out of stock
