[Is it still available?]
As of 14 Feb 16, recommended to book at least two weeks in advance to prevent disappointment as there may be waiting list for your festive dates.


[How to rent?]
1. Purchase e-ticket
2. Make appointment with us for collection
-> Email enquiry to check availability on your dates.
->You can use Qoo10 email enquiry or email miiostore@yahoo.com
->If dates not available, pls select other dates. If your dates are not flexible, pls email to check availability before purchasing e-ticket, as e-ticket is non-refundable after 24 hrs.
3. Come down to our collection point to collect your cap with e-ticket.
-> A costume cash deposit (S$35 per Kebaya) will have to be paid (Cash S$35 will be refunded to you when costume and accessories returned in original condition)
4. Return the cap at the collection point (same place) by the due date.
-> Appointment must be made beforehand via Qoo10 email enquiry or email:miiostore@yahoo.com

[Do I have to wash the cap before returning?]
You don't have to wash the costume as we have specialized wash+steam laundry treatment for the cap). :) The rental cap is also washed and steamed before your collection 

[Where to return?]
Same as above. Charge of $5-$30 applies if badges/additional accessories missing. pls try to take good care of our items as we take pride in them, thanks! :)

[I forgot to bring the cap out for return, can I extend the rental for one more day?]
Late charge of $7/cap/day applies. It is not really worth it, so do return the rental sets on time.

[Do you ship overseas? Can I do it by my preferred courier?]
Yes. Pls PM for details.
