It would certainly seem so given how difficult they are to find these days, but there is a good reason trackballs have not gone completely out of fashion. Simply put, you would be hard-pressed to find very many products which are designed to ease wrist pain as well as the Logitech M570 in the same price range. Repetitive Stress Injury and Carpal Tunnel have become huge problems in an age where we spend a tremendous amount of time in front of our computers.
