Terms & Condition

1. Substitution: Blooms of flowers may vary according to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute any of the items (can be flower/wrapper) based on the stock availability and replaced with another similar item of equal or greater value.
2. Production: The pictures shown are designed to give a general guide for colours, styles and designs. We endeavour at all times to create designs as close as possible to your selection.
3. Product Price: The price published on our website will be change from time to time according to the current market price or festive seasons. Kindly arrange the payment soonest possible after the order has been placed to avoid changes on product price.
4. Delivery: Before making the payment, please check with us for the available self-collect / delivery time slot. Delivery within Singapore is chargeable at S$20.00. There is NO DELIVERY to Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, and restricted are such as Army Camp, PSA Ports, Shipyards and Airport Cargo Complex.
5. Cancellation & Refund: Strictly NO cancellation and refund after payment made.
6. Purchase: Please place the order at least 4 days in advance before the delivery date.

Important: We will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

• The recipient was not present at the address given within the hours during which delivery was requested.
• The recipient has moved house/office or cannot be contacted.
• Incorrect address was provided.
• No such person was at the given address.
• No valid contact number was provided to us to contact recipient for the delivery.
• The recipient refuses to accept the flowers because of her/his own personal problem with the sender.
• The recipient stays in condominium and the guard does not allow driver to go in and does not want to receive the flowers on behalf of recipient.

In the event that we failed to deliver the bouquet, buyer needs to self-collect the bouquet from Pasir Ris on the next day. Please note that the flowers will not be replaced with the new one.
