Payment
- We only accept Alipay/Escrow here.
All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW. So you can directly finish the payment by credit cards， you also can choose bank transfer， western union， T/T.
- Please finish the payment as soon as possible after you bid the item(s). If payment is not received within 20 days after you make the order， the transaction will be closed automatically.
Shipping
- We ship packages to worldwide(just except APO/FPO).
- Orders will be processed timely after the payment verification.
- Most of our products are provide free shipping by China Post Air Mail with tracking number， which normally takes 15-30 business days for delivery. As this is an international delivery， delivery time depends on destination and other factors， which beyond our control. so if you do not receive your package 30 business days after payment， please contact us. We will trace the package then get back to you immediately to solve your problem.
- We also provide Singapore Post/DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT. If you choose these ways， you will need to pay for the shipping charge， and of course the delivery time will much more shorter.
- We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
Warrantee
- 6 months Manufacturer\'s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
- Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
- Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging， if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
- We do not repair or replace items with an expried warranty.
