Shipping

Items will be posted out after 2-3 business days upon receiving the orders. Delivery will take 2-3 working days after posted excluding weekend and public holiday
Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail and strictly no refund the items if mail is lost. Registered mail is highly recommended.
Please note that any orders made after 3pm on friday will only be sent out on monday

Exchange and Return

Any exchanges please send an email to us (we only process exchanges through emails)
No balance will be refunded if replacement item is of lower value. Please exchange to same price or top up for higher value item
Promo item is not exchangeable unless defect and any item tampered to claim defect will not be processed
Buyer will pay for postage for exchanges
Return and replacement mail will be posted through normal mail unless buyer wants to top up for registered
All exchanges will be done through posting and sorry no meetup
Exchange only accepted if requested within 14 days after receiving the items. No exchanges will be processed after the time limit
All replacement item will only be posted out after receiving return package
Any defect item will be replaced back to same design and color. Postage is waived. If buyer want to exchange to other design, postage fee will be charged
Please note that some item tag may be already cut off from factory side and will not be consider a defect
Any refund will only be processed after item is returned back and will be done through gmarket
For refund/return, postage fee that is paid to send out the original order will not be refunded
