The opaque white base is to prime lashes and enhance adherence of mascara and aims to add volume as well as definition to the lashes.

Water-proof formula contains extra-fine long fibres and also contains nourishing ingredients such as Botanical Squalene, Macadamia Nut Oil, Amino Acid derivative and Vitamin E.

Applicator wand - the spiral bristles get in between lashes and coat them pretty evenly and with just the base, you can see that lashes look thicker and lifted. You won't even notice the fibres in the base - they are THAT FINE.
