(3) Are they expiring soon? Can I exchange for a new one?

All cosmetic products have 3 years of shelf life from the manufactured date. It is not unusable even if the manufactured date is older than expected. Therefore, we do not accept exchange for such cases.

 

(4) What if I used and has allergic reactions? Can I do a return or refund?
