WELCOME to TRENDY TOTS

Please read below important notes before placing orders.

Shipping Information:

1. Singpost Normal Mail
Parcel is sent via normal posting mail (regular mail) which takes 3-5 working days to reach you (excluding order processing time). There is no tracking number. With regular mail, delay or lost mail may happen and we are unable to provide the status of your parcel once it has been handed to Singpost. The postman will leave the parcel inside your letterbox. Please also note that there will be no notification given prior to delivery.

2.Singpost SmartPac. Strongly recommended. Tracking Number Provided. It takes 1-2 Working days to reach you (excluding order processing time). Delivered to your doorstep. Normally the Postman will deposit into recipient's letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. If the letter box is too small to fit, the Postman will issue a delivery advice into the Recipient's letterbox. The Recipient can arrange for a re-delivery or collect the SmartPac at the Post Office indicated on the advice within ten (10) working days from the date of the first delivery advice.
