Few easy steps on how to us this wonderful Pressure Cooker

 

• Add liquid such as stock or sauce to the pressure cooker making sure it covers the vegetable or meat dish that you are preparing
  
• Maximum load is 2/3 fill
  
• Check the release vent (pic 1) on the microwave pressure cooker lid to make sure there is no clog or residue as it may block the flow of steam. Ensure that the release vent is in open position before placing it into the microwave oven
  
• Secure the lid on the pressure cooker (pic 2)
  
• Place the pressure cooker in the microwave and cook on high for the same period of time as per the directions of your microwave recipe
• After cooking leave the pressure cooker in the microwave for several minutes to allow the pressure to fully release before you open the lid * Caution - Take care when opening the lid after cooking as escaping steam can scald your skin
  
• When the pressure is gone remove the lid and serve

 

• Dishwasher safe (top shelf)
• Wash before first use
• Warning - Only for use in microwave oven.  Do not use in conventinal oven or hob
