（1）Commodity prices According to our member level, we have wholesale price, VIP price, Super VIP price. (factory sell directly, but not retail) about the detail of member level, you can check the terms in the part of service center.

(2) Advantage of wholesale The min quantity is 5pcs, which can be mixed ordered. Next time, the quantity is not limited, even can order 1psc.

(3) Payment The payment can be bank transfer, Alipay, Tenpay, , Paypal or Western union. About the detail way of payment, you can check in service payment. The most important is that please fill the payment message in your member center-- informations of payment, then we would deal with it and confirm.

(4) Backorder processing When you make order, if you can't choose the colour, maybe it's out of stock. if you want to know your order whether has out of stock, when you submit your order, you can see three ways of dealing with the products that are out of stock: ① Change those out-of-stock products into available ones. ② Return money to my account and use next time. ③ Return money to my Alipay account.

(5 )Delivery We would deliver the goods according to our customer's choice, there are Express, Auto Transportation, Rail Transport, Air Transportation, Sea Transportation and EMS, etc. About the delivery detail, you can check on the page of Distribution. It's the buyer to bare the freight.

(6) After-sale service We would check the products' quality before we send the goods, if have any quality problems, please contact us within 24 hours when you receive the goods(fill the form about the exchange goods, if over 24hours, we would ignore). The goods which are fit to the standard of exchanging, we will deal with it immediately. About the detail of exchange rule, you can check on the page of Service--terms of after-sale service.

(7) Working time Our working is from 10:00am to 9:00pm on Monday to Friday. On weekend, is from 1:00pm to 9:00pm. If we have holidays, we will inform on the Web Note, please be attention. Any questions, do not be hesitate to contact our customer services, we will do our best to help you.

Wholesale should know: We would check the products' quality before we send the goods, if have any quality problems or send wrong cloth, please contact us within 24 hours when you receive the goods. We will check and deal with it. If over 24 hours, we will ignore your application.

If have any quality problems or send wrong cloth, we will bare once freight(customers from other countries should pay by themselves), we do not support freight payable at destination. Please check the goods before you sign for the parcel. If there is something wrong with the quantity you order, you can refuse receiving. But after you receive and find the wrong quantity, we are not be responsible for it.

Time of exchange or return goods: Any quality problems, please fill the list of after-sale service in your Member center, and we will deal with it. If it is fit to the standard of exchanging goods, you should send the good with shopping list, courier receipt to our address within 24 hours. You can check the detail on the page of Terms of exchanging good. Goods which need to exchanged or returned, can not be washed, damage, which should be the same as the state we send to you. If exchange, just support change the same style, and we only bare once freight(the freight is that we resend to you). We do not support freight payable at destination. Please check the goods before you sign for the parcel.if have any quality problems or send wrong cloth, please contact us within 24 hours when you receive the goods. We will check and deal with it. If over 24 hours, we will ignore your application.

Quality problems are include: broken(not damaged by person), blot can not be washed, sleeves or pockets are not balance, button is missing, etc.

Quality problems are not included: transparent, bad material, having thrum, chromatic aberration, little blot can be washed, different from imagination, etc.

Affiliate Member and VIP member, can exchange the goods in every week(Affiliate Member) or month(VIP member), but should bare the shipping fee. Please take attention about your sales volume and stock, we would not recycle the clothing which are out of season and bad selling.

There are maybe some differences between the cloth in model and the real cause the photo lighting, but we have real pictures on our web, you can make order according to it, whose colour is most nearly to the real.
