Q: Provide Warranty?

Yes. SG Warranty. Please email to mm.dream.mm@gmail.com with your order date, order number and order option for 1-for-1 exchange when you encounter any issues within a warranty period upon receipt.
Q: How to download/install the BT (Bluetooth) Notifier?
A:
Functions that require Bluetooth (BT) Notifier is ONLY for Android Phones, NOT for Apple iOS. Apple iOS can't use those functions.
BT Notifier to be downloaded onto and install on your phone. Please refer to below "How to install BT Notification" for the step by step instructions.

Procedures to install BT Notifier:
1. ON the smart watch
2. OFF the phone Bluetooth
3. Install the BT Notifier app
4. Open the BT Notifier app
5. BT Notifier will prompt to ON the phone Bluetooth.
Then ON the phone Bluetooth.
6. Pair the smart watch and phone accordingly
