► Atrium Restaurant may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability make changes or stop the bazaar in the event of adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

► Atrium Restaurant reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse acceptance and/or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or who affects the enjoyment of the bazaar by others.

► Atrium Restaurant shall not be responsible and shall not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guests, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. The guest voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the bazaar whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

► The guest agrees to submit to searches for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
