Q: What is the recommended duration of massage?
A: A typical massage session should be around 20 minutes. After which the body can relax and stretch abit, and the machine can cool down. It is typical to have 1-3 sessions, with intermittent rests.
Make sure the machine is not too hot, or it will feel uncomfortable.

A: The machine comes with a 2-flat pin plug which needs a UK 3 Pin plug adaptor to function in Singapore.
