A: Phones sold in Singapore are to be factory unlocked,by the ruling of Information and Development Authority of Singapore.
3. Are your phone local or export sets?
A: We have local and export set, depending on avaiblity.
4. What is the difference between local and export sets?
A: Local sets are phones that come directly from Singapore based mobile phones distributors. They come with a 1 year warranty coverage direct from their manufacturer.
Export sets are imported from overseas and warranty coverage are only limited to their country of origin.
Products with international warranty will be specifically mentioned in their description.
5. Does the phones for export sets come with warranty?
A: We provide a week in-house warranty prior to defects of the phone. Phone are to be check before purchase,once seal phone is consider sold.
6. I am looking for another product which is not listed in the box, are you able to get it?
