Note: 1. Keep the welding head clean by dipping it in a wet sponge.
2. Avoid using too much acid flux for your soldering job.
3. DO NOT beat the welding nozzle head with a hammer or file the tip to get a nice shape.
4. The welding temperature is best set to 250 degrees.
5. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the electric parts of the iron during use
6. When the new electric iron is used for the first time, because of the baking effect of the heating element, a small amount of smoke could be seen emitting from the
barrel or tip. This is a normal phenomenon, the smoke will disappear naturally after about 10 minutes.
7. While the electric iron is being used, it should be equipped with an iron base/stand for natural cooling.
8. Always allow the iron to cool down sufficiently before placing it back to your storage area.
