This supplement is extracted at a ratio of 100 parts of original source to 1 part extract, meaning that 100 grams of tree root were synthesized into one gram of extract. A typical Longjack extract sample will generally contain 35% Glycosaponin and 2% Eurycomanone. There is a 5% Maltodextrin carrier added as well to assuage any negative taste or bitterness and to prevent clumping from occurring.

Longjack Side Effects

Side effects of Longjack include fever, irritability, restlessness, and insomnia. Those that have been diagnosed with any sort of serious health condition should avoid supplements until able to discuss the condition with a doctor. Women who are nursing or pregnant should avoid this supplement.

Longjack Solubility

This supplement has a bitter flavor and should be mixed with juice. However it is soluble in just about any liquid, including water.
