The vibrating pad does so at 2500 times per minute, which helps loosen & pop the bacteria & dust mites out of the bedding & vacuuming them into the machine. The roller brush helps in the process of sweeping whilst the UV lamp will kill the bacteria & germs as it hovers over the surface. Dead germs & debris are suctioned out into the filter box of the machine for eventual disposal.
