Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1-¾ cups Water ½ cup rinsed Hard White Wheat Berries ¼ tsp Sea Salt Stove Top: In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
