We have our own service centre with in-house technicians to handle all the hardware, technical problems as well as onsite repairing for certain products. Warranty & Exchange Policy

- All PNY Powerbanks is covered with a 1 year one-to-one exchange policy from manufacturing defects & Dead on Arrival (DOA).

- All Silicon Power Portable Hard Disk are covered by 3-years International Warranty.

- All Silicon Power Memory Cards & USB Flash Drives is covered with Lifetime Warranty.

- All other Silicon Power products otherwise mentioned is covered with 1-year International Warranty.

- We reserve the rights to reject any products that is found to be tampered or damaged by the user.

- Only products purchased from us or our local reseller will be covered with warranty.

- NOTE: All products purchased from other international shopping cart will have its local warranty void. We will not be held responsible for the exchange policy as we treat this products as Parallel Imported.
