1. Cancellations
1.1 How to Cancel
Orders that are not processed and marked with 'shipping requested/on request' may be cancelled through
'My Qoo10' -> Click on order -> 'Cancel/Refund' -> Select product -> 'Cancel'
1.2 When do I get my money back?
As payment is made to Qoo10, processing speed of cancellations are not within our control.
From experience, it usually takes about 1~2 weeks for the refund to be processes from Qoo10 to customer's account.
2. Returns
2.1 How to be qualified for Return
You may return a defective product within 30 days from delivery.
Returning products due to change of heart must be done within 7 days from delivery. Products must still be in a good condition.
Please contact us prior to making a return so that we can access the situation.
2.2 How to Return
Returns can be made either by mail or by coming to our office at Trade Hub 21, 18 Boon Lay Way, #07-102, S'pore 609966, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
If returns are made by mail, we will only be able to process the return when we receive it. This also means that returns made via normal mail and are lost in mail will not be approved.
3. Exchanges
3.1 How to be qualified for Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong product, you may request for exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you have received a defective product, you may request for exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

3.2 How to Exchange
Exhcanges can be either made by mail or by coming down to our office.
For exchanges that are due to defective products, we will send our driver down to a place of your convenience for the exchange or you can come down to our office at Trade Hub 21, 18 Boon Lay Way, #07-102, S'pore 609966, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
For exchanges due to other approved reasons, you may exchange either by mail or by coming to our office at Trade Hub 21, 18 Boon Lay Way, #07-102, S'pore 609966, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
4. Refund
4.1 How to be qualified for Refund
Refund can be requested for items that are defective, out of stock or lost through registered mail/courier.
4.2 Refund Process
For all refunds, contact must be made prior for us to access the situation.
After the refund is approved, we will have to make an request to Qoo10 for item refund as money is paid to Qoo10 and not us.
Generally this process can take around 1 week excluding the time needed for the money to be credited by the bank into your credit card/account or for Qoo10 to credit the money into your Qaccount.
