My hair is dry, fine and lots of it, so it breaks, tangles easily and doesn't have shine. The fact there's lot of it weighs it down too. I also have sensitive dry scalp that flakes up. This is the only shampoo I've ever used that fixes EVERYTHING. Since using this I have soft, shiny, bouncy defined waves and a happy flake free scalp. Because the bottle is large it goes a long way.
