Shipping Policies

All of X1000 Diamond products will be shipped from Hong Kong to your appointed address. X1000 Diamond's standard shipping courier is SpeedPost-EMS with tracking # provided and it normally takes 3-7 business days for international shipping.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Try on the jewelry, show it off to all your friends, and see what outfit it goes with. If you are still not satisfied and only 30 days have passed we guarantee you a full refund (delivery charge is not refundable) or exchange for another beautiful jewelry item. But the item must be returned in its original unaltered state. Any damaged or engraved jewelry will not be accepted. On the other hand, if the item is received damaged please return it promptly for an exact exchange.

Include a copy of your invoice or your order number.
For your sake please return all items via a secure shipping method that can be tracked: UPS, FedEx, or USPS with the Delivery Confirmation option.
Clearly state if you would like a Refund or Exchange for the item.

Please allow 14 days for the shipping and processing of your return. Once your refund has been processed we will notify you be e-mail.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
10% of invoice amount will be deducted for handling charge.
The refund may not show up on your statement immediately. Please allow yourself one monthly bill cycle to go by before checking for your credit.
If you return part of an order you will only be refunded for the returned item.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Jewelry that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any items missing their original documentation.
