Registered mail 📭 is strongly recommended as it provides for tracking reference and safe delivery. Seller is not responsible for any lost mail if normal mail is selected.

☝Please note that the pen used is Pilot G1 0.5mm OR Uni Signo 0.5mm,depending on stock availability. We do not keep instock pen as we do not want the pens to dry up due to keeping. We will buy the pens only after we receive your order.

Please state the following in the memo to seller:
(1) The wordings (max 8 characters, due to space limitation)
(2) (A)The background color. (B)Font colours (Number 1 - 14) available as stated in the picture below and indicate in the memo to seller. Please choose contrasting colour so that the font will stand out. If the colour chosen is not a good combination, we will let you know. If you have a bulk order, we can do the combination for you, just let us know the gender of your name list(will avoid red and pink for guys). If you have more than 2 order, please send us the name list and colour combination to littlecrafthouse@hotmail.com
