Self collected the item. The building is not hard to find but their office is hard to find if you never been there before. Basically the floors are split into two side. Front and back. The front is where all the car showroom are and there is a lift there. The back is where the loading bay are and there is a passenger lift as well as cargo lifts there. Their office can only be accessed from the loading bay side. The floors are not connected so when if you take the lift from the front side there is no way to access the other side as the floors are split. The staff are nice and collection took around 10min as the staff needs to go and find the item and key in your order. So in the end, I ended up paying a carpark fee of $1.28. Item is good. The blades are sharp and its quite compact. At the back, there is a clip for you to clip on to your pants. There is also a little notch there to act as a wire cutter too. Blade can jiggle abit in the knife. not sure if it is like that anot. Took me awhile to find out how to change the blade. To change the blade, you would need to fold the knife at a 45 deg and press the button before you are allow to take the blade out. Nice mechanism I would say as it prevents accidental release of the blade. Highly recommended!
