Delivery was extremely fast - within 3 days. Deliverer called before coming, good service. For under $199 I get a very fast 23 ppm laser printer, a scanner, and a photocopier. Included is a free 1,700 pages all in one cartridge (don't have to change drum separately). The actual replacement cartridge is 2,400 pages for about $105. Compare that to a XL black ink cartridge selling from $30 to $60 which gives ONLY about 300 pages. And there is not only USB connection, but my favorite is Ethernet connect (10/100 Base-T/TX). I connect to my house network and install the driver and every computer can use. Also there are wireless printing (Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n), mobile printing and scanning, AirPrint, Google Cloud Print. So many feature. And I can scan through the network by network scan, I don't have to use USB like in the past. I can scan FROM my PC or press a button on the scanner and scan TO the PC. Amazing. And there is an enclosed paper holder to keep the dust out. And after all the coupons and Q-points, I paid only about $150 for it. Twenty years ago I would have paid $5K, and still could not get such features. And warranty is 27 months. It's the best All-in-One printer I have ever bought.
