This is, non-branded Flexi-Torch, it is much cheaper.

All the features are the same, except the base of the torch is not magnetic (the front where the light bulb is --> is magnetic)
The torch is produced by manufacturer who make for others to repackage and sell.

The product itself is essentially the same as its more expensive, retail-packaged sibling.

It is a flexible torch. It is 57cm long when fully extended, giving you the extra reach when your keys fall through a grid into a drain or under the sofa. It allows you to reach the tight space behind places which are inaccessible.

It is a magnet. It is the perfect tool when you need to fix something in the dark.

It is compact and lightweight, it is only 17cm long. It can fit comfortably in your pocket, bag, suitcase, and backpack or in the car compartments.

Flexi Torch is a powerful 3LED torch. It gives super bright light yet the LED technology allows low power consumption, saving you money on replacing batteries. The torch requires only 4x LR44 batteries (NOT included in the package).

It is a practical and useful working tool. A must possess item for all household.
