Comment:
A very nice wine, silky smooth while drinking. That's what really distinguishes it from the junior sibling. And maybe a bit deeper red colour, a more pronounced flavours and a taste that would make your taste buds moan for more. Went great with spicy cheese but we reckon it will pair with anything meaty or charcoal grilled. Your clients will appreciate this wine being introduce to them! 

Winemaker’s tasting notes:
The deep purple color of this wine leads in to layers of bramble, thyme, blackberry, black cherry, licorice and hints of cocoa. Spiced vanilla oak and smoky notes complete an enriching sensory experience. Released in April 2013 following 18 months barrel age and 6 months in bottle, the wine is delicious to drink on release in 2013 but will benefit from up to 7 years cellaring. 
 
USEFUL TIPS:
Best to drink on its own or paired with food like Tuna, Steak, Gourmet Burger and Grilled Chicken. 
Serve slightly chilled at 15-18 Degrees Celsius.
