BioGaia ProTectis chewable tablets is a dietary supplement containing Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis.

Lactobacilis reuteri Protectis is Biogaia's own patented probiotics bacteria. Because Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis naturally occurs in the human body it is uniquely adapted to reside in humans. It has been proven to be effective & safe in clinical studies in both children and adults.


What are Probiotics?

The word probiotics means "for life" as opposed to antibiotic which means "against life". World Health Organization defines probiotics as live microorganisims which, when administered in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit on the host.


Recommended Dose

Take 1 to 2 tablets per day. One tablet consists of a minimum of 100 million live Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis. Use regularly for good gut health or when temporary stomach discomfort occurs. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a subsititute for a varied diet.
