A) For placing order, you may either do the following:
- Send an email to ashleycloset@hotmail.com,order through
GMarket under AshleyCloset or drop a mssage through inbox with
the following format:
1) Item name or Design name
2) Quantity
3) Your Name
4) Delivery Address
B) Confirmation on orders will be send to your inbox within
24hrs time. All ready stock item are with very limited quantity
and therefore reservstions is only for 24 hours before they
are released to the next interested buyer.
C) Orders will be posted out within 3 working days for ready
stock and 2-3 weeks for pre-order item upon receiving the
payment.
D) All orders are inclusive of the normal postage mail unless
requested for registered post of additional $2.25 on top of
the normal postage rates
E) Please note that we shall not be liable for lost of parcel
through normal mail
F) No cancellation or change for item once it has been processed
and sent out. I will not be liable for damage mails once mailed
out.
G) Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements
stated due to different production batches/ways of
measurement
H) Actual item might differ in terms of colour, quality, size, etc
due to photography lightning/ computer resolution...
I) Please do not buy if you are concern about the
AUTHENTICATION of the products.
J) No Fussy Customer please.
Please refrain from orders if you are expecting 100% perfect
and identical to those available in outlet.
