Delivery Information

The ordered items are shipped via citylink from China directly.

The product will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmed.

It will take approximately 5 to 10 business days to be delivered.

Delivery might be delayed by seasonal shopping peaks. We shall not responsible in any way for these delays.

Deliveries are provided by third party service provider. Thus, their service level is beyond our control but we will assist in facilitating communications.

Tracking number will be provided for all orders.

 Cancel/Refund/Exchange

As the items are sent directly from overseas, “ No cancellation, return or exchange will be allowed”.

All items will be carefully inspected before shipping out.

In case of any exchange of MAJOR DEFECTS item, Photo evidence shall be required. Customers will need to send the products back to us before we will ship out the replacement.

Customers are responsible for the 2 way shipping costs for return of goods under any circumstances.

The following reasons shall not qualify for Defect’s item

Personal Reasons: Personal dislike, Wrong design/size chosen etc.

Slight colour differences: Depending on your monitor and computer, the colour of the item may look slight different.

Self repairable defects: Thread fray ends, mis-alignments of seams, minor tear on seams & loose button.

Minor stains: No larger than 10 cent coin diameter and those washable stains, smudgets and dirts etc.

Fitting: Cutting of clothes is not up to own expectations.

Size issues: Please allow 1 to 3 cm measurement differences

Other Notices

Defective item must be reported within 3 days upon received.

Please check your address before placing an order. With wrong address given, the product will not be able to deliver to you and we will not pay for it or do any refund for you. Hope you could understand.
