Shipping

All items are directly shipping upon receive the order. Normal post we're not able to trace the parcel status. Please put your correct add. phone No. recipient into Gmarket order page and check your mail box. If you don;t, we are not responsible for any accident.

Cancel/ Return/ Exchange

Once your claim is approved, we will give you how to return, exchange or refund your items

** Except following case

1. Manufacturer defects of the items (see the definition below)

    Major stain larger than 2mm diameter.

    Major thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, Major Mis-alignment of the seams

2. Incorrect item were sent

On these specific cases, you may directly inquire to seller and provide appropriate evidence to proof your claims
