How to connect it:
1、a. Press the button MFB until the screen shows "off" then release.
b. Press the button MFB again until the screen shows "on"， don't release and last for 3 to 5 second before the screen shows "PR lr ln9"，then the bluetooth is on.
2、For the first time pairing the mobile phone with the watch:
a. Open the mobile phone bluetooth function and search for the machine， the phone will display device name(like HB-216).
b. Choose to match (if prompted for a password， please enter "0000" )， after the match there will be a short light and a bluetooth symbol on the screen.
c. The watch will automatically restart Bluetooth connection next time.

How to set the time:
1. long press the " mode" button for about 2 seconds， then you can notice the hours was flashing.
2. Short press the "S1"， or "S2" button to adjust hours.
3. Press the "mode" button to save hours and then reset minutes and the others.

How to set alarm clock:
1. Short press the " mode" button， then you may find a time， then long press the "mode" button again.
2. Then set the alarm time with " S1" button or "S2" button.
3. Short Press the "mode" button to save the setting.
