Terms and Conditions

1) All items are factory-direct from HK and needs processing / freight time.
2) You'll receive your order within 7-9 working days by Singpost from the date of payment.
3) We provide online tracking for normal Singpost mail.
4) Registered Mail is optional but why pay extra.
5) Do use the MSN chat window or email us instead of smsing as we're in HK most of the time sourcing for items and stock.
6) Please add your email address in the Customer's Memo to Seller in your order process so that we can email you if needed.
7) We'll notify you by email of any upcoming promotions & new arrivals.
8) All payments goes to gmarket, not us.
9) If we cancel an order due to OOS, gmarket will refund you immediately.
10) If you need to cancel an order, please notify us in advance as your items maybe in transit or posted.

13) We'll marked the item as ''shipped'' once it leaves HK for SG, so please allow 4-6 working days as the freight time.
