1) About Product

A) Choosing the right Sizes

- Always try to take 1 (inche) size larger to accomodate the 'extra bulk' from the extra items (keys, phones, cards, mp3, gel)

E.g. Lily is size 26", she can either

choose size S - to have a tight firm fit around her waist

or

Chose size M - to carry more "extra bulk" wearing the belt nearing to her hips.

B) Keeping the items secured

- Wear it, load it, Flip it..

Many users have been using it wrongly. The logo should always be facing inwards to secure the pockets.

Yes, the advertisiment pictures shows the logo when product is in use.. but that is not the proper way.

C) My Handphone can't fit (or it keeps mopving around) ...

- 2 model to fit MOST models

the normal version is used for Handphone up to 7cm wide (yes it includes your casing width) the enhanced version is for Handphone up to 8 cm. This 1 cm makes a great diff as the material by itself is stretchy and elastic. Using the wrong size will result in less than ideal usage condition. ( meaning you might experience bouncing effects)

C) SingPost Normal mail

This is cheaper postage method but it is not tracable. We DO NOT provide gurantee that the mail will reach you within 3-4 Working Days. (As stated at Singpost Mailboxes) There have been one to two cases of mail gone missing. In particular to office address and one landed residential. If you are not able to accept this risk, please choose the SMARTPAC option. 

D) Exchanges and Refunds

We DO NOT allow exchange for our products as we want ALL buyers to recieve brand new piece of the item.

We Will not do any exchange for Wrong color/ Wrong Size Order/ Wrong Model for hygenine reasons. If you are not able to accept this term, please DO NOT buy online. (Note: Retail prices could differ greatly from our online pricing and offline retail outlets are not linked to us)
