Instructions for use:

Every piece is individually wrapped.	Open the flap at the indication "Open" to start using.	Spread the pad open before peeling.
Peel the pad away from its backing.	The side with the adhesive is to be sticking to your blouse/shirt.	The side with the fibre will face your skin.
