Today, the Hanging Rock Winery is the largest winery in the Macedon Ranges. It boasts an extensive range of wines which showcases some of the best regions in Victoria. The goal has always been to select premium grapes from areas of Victoria best suited to the particular variety.

Taste: Smooth medium bodied, full flavored wine. Light oaked, with fleshy ripe cherry/plum flavors with hints of sweet spice, finishes soft, smooth and medium dry.

Food match: Best if drink young and well with barbequed, char-grilled meats, pasta dishes and numerous Asian foods
