Payment Policy
All payment are made via Qoo10 (Credit card, bank transfer, Paypal etc)
we do not accept any direct payment from the customer in Qoo10.

Shipping Policy
We offer Worldwide shipping. All items are shipped directly from Korea. We usually ship the items
within 2~3 business days after the payment is completed. it takes 5~6 business days to you from the shipping date.
The delivery period depends on destination countries, customs trouble, and weather. Please put your correct address,
phone number, recipient into Qoo10 order page. Because we ship to address stated in your Qoo10 info.
we can trace the delivery status in MyQoo10 menu.

Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange or return is not allowed if you change your mind yourself.
Firstly, must notify us by email within 7 days of delivery for return. item must be refurned
in original condition.
we don't accept the cases below :
1. over 7 days from receiving item
2. if items are open/used or damaged.
3. sending item without prior contact.

please be remind that you would be responsible for postage for returning the item.
Except following cases
1. Manufacture defects of the items.
2. Incorrect item is delivered.
In this case, please send the picture of defect and outter box via E-mail.
Once your claim is approved, we give you how to return, exchange or refund your item.
