Chwee Kueh 水粿 ( 5th Aug 2017 1 pm) 

This workshop is for all chwee kueh lovers. You will learn the basic techniques and skill for making miniature fake food, which includes mixing of colours, shaping of size and simple methods of making topping.

 Chicken Rice 鸡饭  (12th Aug 2017 1pm)

This workshop teaches students how to make delicious looking fake food, you will learn some basic clay sculpting techniques, texture making and colouring on surface of clay.

  Satay 沙爹 (19th Aug 2017 1 pm)

In this class, students will make a plate of a famous Malay food, satay with peanut sauce, onion, cucumber and rice. A simple and easy technique is used to create a small portion of the fake sauce.

  Fish Ball Noodles 鱼圆面  (26th Aug 2017 1 pm) 

This workshop shows you how to create different colours of clay by mixing them using paints and shaping of the food. This class is not suitable for beginners as the difficulty level is higher than other food.
