1.首先清洗我们的双腿, 用热毛巾将大腿、小腿各敷2-3分钟
2.将精油滴到掌心，双手将精油搓到发热
3.将发热的手掌紧贴腿部，均匀涂抹大小腿
4.用“拍”的方法来紧实腿上松弛的赘肉
5.用“抓”的方法按摩大腿根处厚重的脂肪
6.用“捏”的方法按压腿外侧的经脉
7.用“捶”的方法来松弛小腿紧绷的肌肉
8.顺着胆经，从上至下的刮大腿外侧30次
9.从上至下的方法刮大腿、小腿的内侧
