Made by the extended skin fermentation and soaking of grapes.
Its flavors give a playful reflection of the taste and fragrance of the blue grape. Its freshness is rounded off by a touch of residual carbon-dioxide. It can be a good companion to almost any dishes, but also very enjoyable on its own until every last drop.
The ideal serving temperature is at 9-10°C.
