Do allow a total of 15-20 Working or Business days for your order to reach you.

Please order only if you are comfortable with the delivery period.

We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable address.

Our shipping rates included processing, packaging, shipping & handling.

Shipments via Normal non-registered mail are untraceable and we will not be responsible for any parcels that go missing or get damaged in the delivery process.

We fully guarantee our items. All products are brand new from our manufacturer.

Photos shown on this page are as true to the actual items possible. However due to the camera, lighting and screen resolution, there may be slight colour variation.

All items are checked prior to packing and shipping out.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges.

Refunds will only be made if the incorrect item was shipped or item is Out-of-Stock in which case Seller will notify the buyer in advance.

All returns, whether for defective products or otherwise, we appreciate if you clear with us. Please contact us to get approval and the return address before shipping the returned item.

We will accept returns of items in only in their original packaging and in the same condition shipped for exchange within the first 3 days from the items received date.

Shipping fees, Handling Fees, taxes, and insurance are non-refundable.

In all cases, shipping fees for the return of an item (whether for refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement merchandise will be shipped free of charge.

Replacement merchandise will be shipped only upon receipt of the returned item. For shipping time required please refer to the details under Shipping.

We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. Recommended to use shipping service with tracking number.
