Q: Is Gelish a brand?

A: No. Gelish is not a brand. It is the term for the liquid inside the bottle called gelish.

STRICTLY NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND!
We regret to inform you that Due to hygiene purposes, we DO NOT accept any Exchange or Refund of Gelish Nail Polish Bottles due to your simple mind change of color OR color did not appear what you wanted! Studies have shown that due to individual screen you will see the color different from your eyes and the real actual color. You can do your research about computers and technologies screen resolution differ from computer screen and your mobile screen. Taking photos / pictures by Cameras even with the highest mega pixels now still could not 100% capture the exact color from what your eyes see.
We will try to provide as close as possible however if you could not accept this terms and conditions then please do not buy from us!
Alternatively, you may visit our store to view the real colors instead of online pictures!

How to take good care of your machine?
It is buyers responsibility to take good care of your lamp. Please take good care of the machine, do not drop the machine (all machines are fragile not only lamps) make sure it is well plug in to your household socket before using. We do not accept cases if your household electricity current caused the machine chip to spoil because of buyer's carelessness. Electricity came from your own household and not the seller. Please remember to plug in tightly before using the lamp. Alternatively you may choose to purchase the higher end lamp(18W/48W) which is only slightly more expensive.

Please note that all lamps would have to go through the testing department and have to pass the (QC) Quality Check Control and testing before we shipped the order. Our CCTV have captured your lamp proving that it is functioning well before it was send to you. There is NO warranty for the mini led lamp. Your lamp will be bubble wrapped. Any causes damaged by the buyer, buyer may send for servicing within 7 days from receiving your product and bear the repair cost at only $5 servicing fee. Please make appointments before coming down for servicing. Strictly by appointments only (No walk-in allowed).  You may choose to purchase additional warranty 1 to 1 exchange for the lamp which is additional ($10 for 2 months) ($30 for 1 Year). You must contact seller if you want to purchase warranty before making payment. Alternatively, you may choose to walk in to purchase at our store.

We do not accept excuses if you did not read the Terms & Conditions.
Refund or Exchange will not be valid for these excuses or whatsoever reasons.

Kindly please understand that we will try our best to ship the products to you in good condition. However if the cardbox packaging gets dented alittle, please do understand that this is because of the handeling of your parcel by the SingPost Postman. We will try our best to protect the box but what is more important is the content inside not the outer layer cardbox packaging of the LAMP. And of course Self Collection is another alternaltive option you may want to consider if you care for your box packaging alot. We appreciate for your kind understanding. If you are not able to accept these, please consider other sellers as it would be simliar results for your box packaging.

*All postage fees are inclusive of Government GST, postage handeling charges, weight, packing materials, etc. 

*Gelish Gel Nail Polish is made of highly breakable Glass. We will try to protect the bottle with bubble wraps. However due to Buyer chose Normal mail when the glass break during delivery, there will be NO Refund or exchange. It will not be covered by the Courier shipping company as your parcel is not registered by the Courier company. Therefore it is highly recommended to choose Registered Mail / Qxpress. Free delivery for above $100 purchases.

Repostage Fee Chargeable

 **Please check your ADDRESS carefully before processing the order.

Buyer have to bear re-postage cost if you have provided incorrect address.

If your parcel is being returned to our warehouse address due to no one is at home to collect the parcel or did not re-schedule for re-delivery, buyer have to bear the re-postage cost. 

There are no delivery on weekends(sat,sun). Post Man does NOT work on Weekends!

This way will help the postman/delivery person to read your address without any problems.
