- International Shipping: We Offer Shipping by DHL Express to all orders outside Singapore for watches priced above USD 75
- Shipping Preparation Time: 1 Day (Monday-to-Saturday).
- Items are usually delivered in 2-3 days by TAQBIN/DHL with online tracking - you can track your package all along the way!
- Orders Placed over the weekend will begin processing the Following business day.
- Please be aware that we do not offer shipping to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses; please provide a physical address on all orders.

PACKAGING AND WARRANTY:
- PACKAGING: Your watch is carefully and securely packed in its actual watch box. The watch box is further secured in a strong non-collapsing cardboard box with layers of impact-proof bubble wrap before shipping.
- WARRANTY: All watches comes with 1 Year International Manufacturer Warranty except Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton and Swatch brand watches comes with Extended 2 years Worldwide Warranty.
- International Buyers: We do not charge any VAT / GST. Although it is rare, the buyer is responsible for payment of Any Duty / GST / VAT / administration fee. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs prior to bidding or buying.
- Watches Priced below USD 75 are shipped by Registered Post:- Your watch is carefully and securely packed and shipped without watch box.
- For Registered Shipping, order will be processed within 2-3 days, will take 3-6 weeks to deliver and watches comes without Watch Box (send in plastic pouch).
RETURNS:
- Purchase must be sent back to us in original condition (new and unused) within the first 14 days following your purchase:
- Watch in original working condition with no defects.
- No scratches, damages whatsoever.
- No re-sizing, altering of bracelet.
- Proof of purchase with original box / documentation and packaging.
- We are not responsible for any return/exchange shipping mishaps. We do not accept faulty watches for return or exchange. All our watches are checked before sending to you. If your watch is not working as expected please drop us an email first.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- We will accept exchange of item within the first 14 days following your purchase if you are not satisfied with your choice of watch.
- Shipping fees will be charged to the buyer both ways.
- We can offer you any other watch of your choice with the price difference topped up or refunded.
